Virve has over 20 years of experience working in product development; and her knowledge of raw ingredients and processing are her special areas of strength. The temperamental and energetic Virve has strong expertise in developing various drink, berry, fruit and dairy products.
In her time off, all kinds of sports keep her mind alert. Her activities include mountain biking in the summer, and skiing, swimming and floorball in the winter. Virve spends her summer weekends boating and staying at her seaside cottage with her family.
